TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

* Retouched Photos - One/Two Weeks

* All Project  work- Two Months

* Where a client request for a photo book or photo album, pictures to be used for that  must be picked and submitted to Visionxperience within 48hrs after delivery.

*Where a client refuse to do so resulting in delay. Visionxperience will not be held liable.

PENALTIES

* If client cancels a booking appointment within 24 hours 10% of amount paid will be deducted as penalty.

* If client cancels a booking appointment after 48 hours 30% of amount paid will be deducted as penalty.

* If client cancels bookings one month or weeks to the said date, there will be no refund of money paid.

* In situations which is rare but possible that, Visionxperience for some reasons will not be able to render services to client after bookings made, full payment will be made to client and if possible we will find the client a mediate alternative Photographer to handle the work suitably.

* Every Item mention in the package will be made available for the client after receiving final payment.

*Pre wedding pictures will be taken two weeks before the said date of the event.

DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit of the chosen Package will be made to secure Visionxperience for the client’s specified date and the remaining money will be taken two weeks before the event .Where venue is located outside Accra, transportation and suitable accomodation must be provided.

*I/We do hereby agree to Visionxperience terms and conditions stated above and hereby accepts the amount charged.
